We recommend an espresso recipe of 18g in/36g out extracting between 28-32 seconds, however if you are in a rush, being a busy mum and don't have time to weigh, no worries this bean is very forgiving and is sure to taste great. Use the recipe as a rough guide, we just like to recommend the best way to make the perfect cup of coffee!
